Decowraps is a home decor business offering wallpaper, flooring, custom wallpaper , and related services across India. We provide online and offline shopping experiences with pan-India delivery and installation support.

2. Products and Services
   •    All products listed are subject to availability.
   •    Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting.
   •    Custom orders (like personalized wallpaper/fabrics) require approval and may have longer processing times.

3. Ordering and Payment
   •    Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram, or in-store.
   •    Full payment is required to confirm the order.
   •    Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets.

4. Shipping and Delivery
   •    We ship pan-India. Delivery timeframes vary based on location and product type.
   •    Decowraps is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.
   •    Installation services are offered in select locations—please confirm availability before placing your order.

5. Returns and Refunds
   •    Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
   •    In case of damage during transit, notify us within 48 hours with unboxing proof.
   •    Eligible returns must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.

6. Cancellations
   •    Orders once placed cannot be canceled if production or dispatch has started.
   •    For cancellations requested before production begins, a partial refund may be processed after deducting processing fees.

7. Intellectual Property
   •    All content, designs, logos, and product visuals are the intellectual property of Decowraps.
   •    Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy
   •    We respect your privacy. Customer data is collected only for order processing and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Disclaimer
   •    Decowraps is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to product use or installation.
   •    Customers are advised to follow installation guidelines or opt for professional services.

10. Governing Law
   •    These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
